Throughout the year, Dundee Amateur Radio Club takes part in a number of events.

NARSA RALLY
NORBRECK 2024
The 2024 Northern Amateur Radio Societies Association rally will take place on Sun 21 April 2024 at The Norbreck Castle Hotel, Queen’s Promenade, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY2 9AA. Doors will open at 10:30am.
145 Alive
The next 145 Alive event will take place on 11 May 2024 between 1-3.30 pm. This event is designed to encourage people to get out and use the Amateur Radio VHF bands. Each area will have a regional Net Controller and all licenced amateurs are welcome to participate.
SOS Event
The SOS event takes place annually between 1 May and 31 May. Dundee Amateur Radio Club will participate in the SOS event on Saturday 18 May between 10am and 4pm, adjacent to Broughty Ferry Castle. Click here to find out more details of the event.
Glamis Extravaganza
in 2023, Dundee Amateur Radio Club was at Glamis Castle participating in the annual Glamis Extravaganza. DARC used this event is to promote public awareness of amateur radio and to foster International goodwill. Further details are available here.
Unfortunately it looks like we will not be at this event this year.
international lighthouse & lightship weekend
On Sunday 18th August 2024, Members of Dundee Amateur Radio Club will be participating in the annual International Lighthouses & Lightships On The Air event. Click here for more details of the event and keep checking back for details of this years venue.
